Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

The Williams-Abney Family Reunion 2026 merchandise store offers fulfilment options so every family member — local and out-of-town alike — can receive their reunion gear. All sales are subject to the terms outlined here.

All orders are processed and fulfilled by the Williams-Abney Reunion Committee.

Ship to Me (Shipping fee at checkout)
Shipped directly to the address provided at checkout, timed to arrive before reunion day. Tracking number sent by email once shipped.

Welcome Home Family Mixer Pickup (Free)
Pick up Friday, July 31, 2026, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, at our designated check-in location in Saluda or Batesburg-Leesville, SC.

Reunion Day Pickup (Free)
Pick up at the Welcome Table when you arrive Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Leesville College Park, 270 Speaks Avenue, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29070.

Ordering Deadline — Read Carefully

All merchandise orders must be placed by Saturday, July 18, 2026 to be ready for pickup or to ship in time to arrive by reunion day, August 1, 2026.

​

Orders placed after July 18, 2026 are still welcome — but will automatically be processed as pickup only. Pickup is not available for late orders after July 25, since production will not be complete in time.

​

Ship to Me option only will be available after July 25 but orders will not arrive by Reunion Day.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

T-shirt orders cannot be canceled simply upon request. However, if your order has not yet been printed or shipped, a refund will be honored. Once an order has been printed or shipped, it is final and non-refundable — no exceptions.

To request a refund, contact info@williamsabneyreunion.com with your order number and full name. Requests are not accepted via social media or phone.

Cannot Attend?

  • Ship to Me orders: arrive regardless of attendance — no action needed

  • Pickup orders: contact the committee to designate someone to collect on your behalf

  • Unclaimed pickup orders: held for [1 days] after the reunion before forfeiture

FAQs

  1. Can I still order after July 18? Yes — it ships to you after the reunion instead of being ready for pickup.

  2. Do you ship outside the U.S.? U.S. addresses only at this time.

  3. Arrived damaged or incorrect? Contact williamsabneyfamily@gmail.com with a photo and order number.

  4. Missed Welcome Home Family Mixer pickup? Automatically transfers to Reunion Day Pickup.

  5. Ordering for multiple family members? Yes — all items in one order share the same fulfillment method.
