How to measure:

Chest — measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and relaxed.

Length — measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

All Williams-Abney Family Reunion 2026 merchandise — t-shirts, tumblers, hats, and shorts — is custom printed specifically for this event. Because each item is produced exclusively for our family, general returns are not accepted. However, refunds are available under specific conditions, and we'll always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

Refund Eligibility

The simple rule: if it hasn't been made or shipped yet, we can refund it. Once it has, it's final. This isn't tied to a calendar date — it's tied to where your order is in production.

Ordering & Production Timeline

Order by Saturday, July 18, 2026 to be ready for Welcome Home Family Mixer pickup, Reunion Day pickup, or to ship in time for August 1st.

Orders placed after July 18, 2026 are automatically processed as Ship to Me only, made and shipped after the reunion. Since production starts later on these, there's typically a slightly longer refund window — but once production begins, the same final-sale rule applies.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email info@williamsabneyreunion.com with your order number and full name

2. If defective, damaged, or wrong, include a photo

3. The committee confirms whether your order has been printed or shipped

4. Not yet printed/shipped? Refunded to your original payment method (processing fee non-refundable)

5. Already printed/shipped? Final sale — but we'll always make it right if the issue was our error

Refund requests are email-only — not accepted via social media or phone, so every request is properly tracked.

A Few Other Things to Know

• Processing fees (~$0.30/transaction) are never refundable, even on approved refunds

• Shipping fees are refunded only if your order hasn't shipped yet

• Gifted items — refunds go to the original purchaser, not the recipient

• Duplicate orders — contact us immediately and we'll cancel one before it prints

• Unclaimed pickup orders are held for [1 day] after the reunion before being forfeited

5. Can I swap for a different product? No — cancel for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order instead.

📦 Option 1 — Ship to Me (Shipping fee at checkout) Your order is shipped directly to the address provided at checkout via standard carrier. Available to all U.S. addresses. Tracking number provided by email once shipped.

🤝🏾 Option 2 — Pre-Reunion Pickup (Free) Pick up your order the evening before the reunion at our designated check-in location in Batesburg, SC. Arrive wearing your gear on reunion day.

• Shipped orders: arrive regardless of attendance, no action needed

• Pickup orders: contact the committee before Friday, July 31, 2026 to designate someone to collect on your behalf

• Changing fulfillment method: must be requested before the July 18 shipping deadline
