We're feeding a nice, blessed-size Southern family โ so don't be shy with the portions!
๐ A Large Potย = a 12โ16 quart stockpot โ feeds 30โ40 as a side.
๐ A Large Bowlย = a big mixing or serving bowl, about 4โ6 quarts โ feeds 25โ30 as a side.
๐ A Family-Size Packย = the biggest package at the store for that item โ think a 3โ5 lb bag of fish fillets, or a 1 lb party-size bag of chips.
